Workspaces

In BoogieBoard, Workspaces are the foundation of how your organization is structured and managed. A workspace represents your company’s operational environment, where all your data sources, scenarios, roles, and users come together. Each workspace operates as its own secure container, keeping data and configurations isolated from other workspaces. This makes it easy for large organizations to manage multiple business units or regions independently while maintaining consistency in tools, workflows, and permissions.

Creating Your Workspace

By default, every new BoogieBoard instance is created with an independent workspace created for them. This saves you the hassle of needing to create your first workspace.

In certain situations, an organization may require more than one workspace for independent operating companies within an organization. In such scenarios, the BoogieBoard project management team will create separate Workspaces for you.

You can manage these spaces in the Workspaces navigation tab on the right side

Workspace Actions

When you open the Workspaces screen, you will find the following:

  1. Open workspace - Navigates you to your Workspace landing page containing all the BoogieBoard Scenarios and Data related to the workspace.
  2. Actions - Opens the Actions Menu

  1. Edit - Opens the Edit menu allowing you to rename the Workspace
  2. Manage Members - Navigates you to the Manage Members interface.
  3. Leave Team - Removes you from the selected Workspace
  4. Delete - Deletes the Workspace
