Finding and Accepting Your Invitation

When a BoogieBoard member invites you to collaborate, BoogieBoard will generate an invitation email and send it to your email address.

Look for the email in your inbox, and of course, check your SPAM folder in case it gets redirected there.

Invitation Email

Your invitation email will contain a link to accept the invitation. Clicking the link will redirect you to a BoogieBoard landing page prompting you to create an account.

Create Your Account

After clicking the button to accept your invitation, you will be directed to the BoogieBoard account creation page. You will have one or several options to create your account depending on your organization.

Create your account via:

  1. SAML SSO - Your SSO provider such as Okta, Azure, or Salesforce.
  2. Google - Your company-issued Google account.
  3. Email/Password - Your email address and password.
  4. Email Code - An one-time-use email code.

These options will be configured by the admin so refer to them for sign-in policy.

Once successfully logged in, you will see the BoogieBoard app main menu. Select the Scenario you would like to view from the Scenarios list and one of the views you would like to review first!
