Advanced Filtering

Advanced filtering is a powerful features in many BoogieBoard views. The advanced filter system lets you build sophisticated queries to isolate exactly the accounts you need to work with.

Understanding the Filter System

Where filters live:

• Anywhere you see a filter icon (funnel or dropdown arrow)
• Click the icon to open the filter menu
• Each data type (text, number, date, dropdown) has different filter options
• Filters can be combined across multiple properties

How filters work together:

• Multiple filters use AND logic by default
• Example: State = "California" AND Revenue > 1,000,000 AND Industry = "Technology"
• Result: Only accounts that match ALL three criteria
• The more filters you add, the narrower your results

Filter persistence:

• Active filters may remain applied as you switch between tabs
• Check for the red icon near the Filter button to confirm an active filter
