How to Use BoogieBoard

Viewing Your Territory Balance

1. Select a Node from the Node Tree Navigator
2. Click the BoogieBoard tab in the Node navigation menu
3. Review the KPI widgets at the top to understand current state:
   • Check your Optimization Score
   • Compare Total vs Assigned accounts for coverage gaps
   • Note Locked account count (high locks limit flexibility)
   • Review Rep Capacity (red = overloaded, green = healthy)
4. Examine both pivot tables to see current vs future distribution

Running Auto-Balance

1. Review current state in the left pivot table
2. Click the Auto-Balance button (top-right)
3. Watch the progress indicator as balancing runs
4. Review the Future State table to see proposed changes
5. Compare side-by-side to understand what will change:
   • Which accounts will move
   • Which reps will gain/lose accounts
   • How metrics will be redistributed
6. Accept or reject the changes based on your review

Interpreting the Widgets

Optimization Score:

• 80-100%: Excellent balance, minimal action needed
• 60-79%: Good balance, minor tweaks may help
• 40-59%: Moderate imbalance, consider running Auto-Balance
