BoogieBoard will detect the required and optional fields fields needed by default. Use the Mapping Interface to review the auto-matched attributes and ensure fields are properly mapped to the required and recommended BoogieBoard fields.

Mapping Interface

The Mapping interface is a data table. Each row of the table represents a column header from the supplied account list. Across the top of the table are the following BoogieBoard mapping attributes:

  1. Import Checkbox - Controls which columns from your CSV you wish to import into BoogieBoard. All are checked “ON” by default.
  2. Source Field - A read-only label displaying the column name from the supplied CSV.
  3. Sample Values - A read-only list of extracted values from the column in the supplied CSV.
  4. BoogieBoard Attribute - A dropdown list of attributes that BoogieBoard needs to create territories. Map these attributes to their correlated columns in your supplied CSV. More on BoogieBoard attributes can be found here.
  5. Data Type - A dropdown list of data types. Proper data type mapping ensures BoogieBoard can filter and balance the column correctly. More on Data Types can be found here.
  6. Display Name - A text input field used to customize the name of the attribute. This is the name BoogieBoard will display when referencing this column across the app.
