Role Assignments View

/<team-slug>/scenario/<scenario-id>/roles/

The Role Assignments View displays every instance where a role has been assigned within a Scenario. This includes the assigned user, their role type, the specific node or territory, and inheritance status.

This view is essential for understanding how roles are distributed across your territory model. It provides visibility into team structure, ensures complete coverage, and helps validate whether accounts and territories are owned and supported correctly.

Accessing the Role Assignment View

Use the nav tabs at the top of the Role card to navigate to Role Assignment View.

Overview of the Role Assignments Table

• Role - The role being assigned (e.g., AE, BDR, Manager).
• Assigned To - The user who holds this role within the scenario.
• Node - The node to which the role is assigned.
• Capacity - The total and available capacity assigned to this role expressed in number of accounts.
• Period - The date range during which the assignment is active.
• Status - Indicates whether the assignment is currently active, pending, or ended.
