Accessing the Role History View

Use the nav tabs at the top of the Role card to navigate to Role History View.

Overview of the Role History View

Overview Cards

• Total Events – Total number of assignment-related events recorded.
• Total Assignments – Number of assignments created across the scenario.
• Assignment Events – Events that include assigning or unassigning a rep to a role.
• Quota Changes – Number of quota updates made on assignments.
• Unassigned Assignments – Roles that were previously filled but are currently unassigned.
• Active Assignments – Assignments that are currently in effect.
• Closed Assignments – Assignments that have ended.
