The Roles View provides a centralized list of all roles defined within a Scenario. This page allows admins and scenario designers to review role configurations, audit role usage, and manage available roles across the territory model.
Roles are foundational to how BoogieBoard assigns accounts, builds territories, and supports complex team structures (such as overlays and linked roles). Each role includes metadata such as type, assignment count, and creation timestamp, enabling users to track ownership and responsibility across the scenario.
You can access this view by navigating to the Roles tab in the Scenario Detail menu.
Navigate to the Roles navigation tab in the Scenario Home menu. The Roles scenario tab will default to the Roles View.
The Roles table presents a list of all defined roles for the selected Scenario. For each role, the following fields are displayed:
Territory Owner, Supporting Role, or Manager.
