What information can BoogieBoard access from Salesforce?

BoogieBoard can access any field from standard Salesforce objects like Accounts, Users, Products, and Opportunities. You can also include custom fields and objects. Access is limited to what the authorizing user can see based on their profile and permission sets.

How often does BoogieBoard sync data from Salesforce?

BoogieBoard syncs data from Salesforce only when commanded by the user. This is can be setup as a scheduled, automated function.

Integration Details

What APIs does BoogieBoard use?

BoogieBoard uses the Salesforce Bulk 2.0 API for importing and exporting data, and the REST API for smaller data syncs. BoogieBoard uses the Metadata API for creating custom fields and configuring Enterprise Territory Management.

How does BoogieBoard handle sync errors?

Errors get logged in BoogieBoard sync history so you can track and review updates/creates/errors.

Can I disable parts of the integration?

Yes, you can determine when data is pushed and pulled from Salesforce to BoogieBoard. You can also choose to disable the integration with ETM.

Can I build a custom integration with BoogieBoard?
