Purpose: Assigns a priority order for how accounts should be distributed when multiple eligible territories are available.
Scoring goals tell the Balancing Engine how to rank potential assignments. When more than one territory could receive a given account, scoring goals break the tie by assigning preference.
Rather than being strict requirements, scoring goals act as guidance. The system will try to honor them while still respecting results from balance or limiting goals.
