Data Source Settings

The Data Source Settings view provides configuration and status information for each connected or imported data source. The available options will vary depending on the Data Source Type (e.g., CSV import, Salesforce integration).

Detailed instructions for each type can be found in their respective guides.

Shared Features

All Data Sources share a common set of settings and widgets designed to help you monitor and manage imported account data:

  1. Synced Accounts Widget – Displays the total number of accounts successfully imported into BoogieBoard from the selected Data Source.
  2. Last Synced Widget – Shows the date, time, and status of the most recent synchronization or data import event.
  3. Activate Button – Toggles the Data Source from Draft to Active status. Activating a Data Source initiates the first import or synchronization from the origin system.
  4. Download CSV Button – Exports a CSV file containing all active and imported accounts currently stored in BoogieBoard for that Data Source.

These settings give users at-a-glance visibility into the health and activity of their data connections, ensuring that territory planning models always run on the most accurate and up-to-date information.
