BoogieBoard Activity Stream Guide

This page provides an overview of the different types of activities tracked across BoogieBoard. These activities help you understand what actions have been taken, by whom, and when.

What Is the Activity Stream?

The activity stream is a log of important changes and actions across your scenarios, territories, accounts, and team members. Each activity shows:

• Who performed the action
• What they did
• Which item was affected
• Where the change occurred (scenario, node, etc.)

Types of Activities

Role Assignment

• Assigned Rep: A rep was added to a role in a scenario.
• Unassigned Rep: A rep was removed from a role.
• Adjusted Quota: The quota for a rep or role was modified.

Node Management

• Created: A new organizational node was created.
• Updated: A node was renamed, moved, or otherwise modified.
• Ran Territory Rules: The automated assignment rules were applied to accounts under a node.
• Cleared Pivot Cache: The cache used for pivot tables was manually reset.
