Welcome to the Territory View screen! This screen is an aggregation of all the accounts that are inside the selected Node’s universe of accounts. The Territory View is where we will spend a LOT of time during a planning project so it is important to familiarize yourself with the various tools available.
We will review the tools on the screen starting with the most vital.

On the left side of the screen you will find the node navigator tree. Here you will find a collapsible/expandable list of Nodes that you have access to view, comment, and make changes.
Click on any of these to open that Node’s Territory View.

Nodes are the generic term BoogieBoard uses for segments and territories.
If you picture your organization like a tree, with branches and leaves, each place the tree splits is a node. The high-level segments, the mid-level splits, even the final territories themselves are all nodes!

Use the arrow button on the left side of the navigator to toggle the navigator to compact mode or hide it altogether!

Across the very top of the screen you will find the breadcrumb navigation. Use this to instantly see where you are in the app and to navigate to different levels.

Across the top of the Node menu you will find the Node Navigation Tabs. Use these to quickly switch between Nodes you are viewing. You can open new tabs by clicking a node in the Node Tree Navigator and close them by clicking the close button that appears when hovering over the tab.
The very first tab will take you back to the Scenario Dashboard page.
The Accounts Table is the main feature of the Territory View. This component reflects all data about the accounts assigned to the selected Node. From here, you will make reassignments, lock accounts, and make decisions about account families.
Locking accounts ensures that the account stays with the assigned territory owner when BoogieBoard runs its distribution algorithm. This is how you ensure a specific account follows its specified owner after redistribution.
